* According to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the account registration form on the POT Events platform by the Polish Tourist Organization based in Warsaw, ul. Chałubińskiego 8 in order to accept my applications for events and receive information about organized events.

The consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by sending an e-mail to the address of our data protection officer (dpo@pot.gov.pl ) from the address for which the consent relates. Lack of consent to data processing prevents account registration and therefore excludes participation in events for which applications are accepted via the POT Events platform.

Herewith I agree to have my personal data shared between the participants of this event. The data will not be shared with the users of other events organized with the use of this platform.
